Exhaust air ducts

Duct designed for air exhaust, as a rule, feature a rectangular cross section. A special, ready-built aluminum shape frame is used to preserve the form of the exhaust air duct. The air is sucked in through calibrated holes down below or on the side of the air duct.

Exhaust air ducts are rather easy to disassemble. Caring for them does not require any particular effort. When necessary, it is processed with antibacterial contents.

Ceiling diffusers

Ceiling textile perforated Tex-Ceiling diffusers entail an innovative product whose main purpose is to comfortably distribute conditioned air throughout offices and facilities designed for public use with suspension ceilings. This product is unmatched on our market. One of its distinguishing features is air distribution in four directions by way of diffusion. This helps avoid the so-called “cold shower” effect. Slightly combustible air ducts for the food industry

Food industry enterprises hold the equipment and materials they use to particularly rigid standards. This not only pertains to the materials contracted with the products but also even the auxiliary systems that enable the ventilation to go on. One of such requirements is the flammability group.

Until recently, in order to keep up with demand, many European producers used to use a glass fiber material with a polyurethane coating in the production of air ducts, which corresponded to the G1 flammability group. But unfortunately the material came with some glaring flaws: it was less resistant to dynamic loads (low wear-resistance), it featured particle entrainment by the glass fiber in the air duct into the facility (despite the double-sided coating), and couldn’t be processed or be placed into a washing machine. The second and third points are unacceptable for food industry enterprises.

With the advent the TexAir StiF material, these problems are now a thing of the past. This 100% polyether fiber material is free of the flaws inherent in glass fiber. It can be washed in a washing machine, lacks particle entrainment (suitable for clean facilities), features zero air permeability, and comes with a smooth inner surface.

Its G1 certificate confirms the flammability tests.

The material also has a certificate for use in food industry enterprises.


Insulated air ducts

Insulated air ducts are mainly used for transition segments where air of a certain temperature must be supplied into the emission area, keeping in account the loss of heat energy along the air duct’s entire length. Such a system provides a means to minimize changes in temperature along the air duct. A synthetic nonflammable material is used for insulation, which is located between the external and internal fabric layer. Also, air ducts such of these do a wonderful job of insulating sound.

Pressure regulator

The primary purpose of the pressure regulator is to reduce the static pressure in the air sock. It is comprised by a cylindrically shaped element manufactured out of fabric. One of its segments features diameter regulation. Thus, in the fully open position, this element does not create any additional resistance against air flow. Changing the diameter of the passage opening provides a means to reduce the static pressure both in the system and in individual segments of it. Such devices help adapt the textile diffusers system even more to practically any facility.
